The Degree in Library Science and Documentation of the University León started during 1990–1991 academic year. This first curriculum suffered from a strong presence subjects humanities, with low fraction experimental work many because its inclusion within Faculty Philosophy Letters. years attracted large numbers students. However, subsequent decrease number students pursuing degree drove us to initiate change toward blended online modalities. Librarianship Area (ULe) already has long history teaching, starting Documentation, which used platform [email protected] since 2006–2007 year; Information modality 2010–2011 year, it been offered distance learning 2014–2015 These new technologies have fully introduced into university education facilitated teaching–learning process through use interactive programs via Internet. main objective this column is determine study kind multimedia tools by professors Bachelor at virtual teaching before COVID-19 pandemic, as well report were for reason. We student–teacher student–student interactions help promote communication participatory chats, forums, email, hangouts, Skype, Meet, videoconferences, etc. To carry out study, two types methodology applied: satisfaction surveys implemented Quality Office ULe teachers, annual reports.
